Besides, Gore can just offer the names already in motion They could start the process of approving judges over, from the beginning. There would be the matter of re-approving every appointment. It makes more sense all the time, they stall, get a big backlog of appointments, hope and pray that they can win a future election, and then place judges who will overturn Roe v Wade. It even makes sense why Pat Robertson is calling off the attack. He realizes that step two requires that the republicans win the White House next election and this process hurting the republican chances. TP
