JAM Productions Signs Annual Agreement for Concert Promotion, Online Ticketing Via DIDAX INC.'s crosswalk.com Web Site
Leading Christian Web Site Taps into Ticketing Revenue Stream While Creating Full Service Online Music Experience,

CHANTILLY, Va., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- DIDAX INC. (Nasdaq: AMEN - news), the creator of the award-winning crosswalk.com Christian Web community (http://www.crosswalk.com), today announced an agreement with JAM Productions, Ltd. to provide event promotions, exclusive marketing initiatives and online ticketing services in exchange for sponsorship funding and participation in ticketing revenues. JAM is the largest promoter of live Christian events in the country and will be marketing dates from such well-known artists as Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and the Newsboys via the crosswalk.com Web site.

The online ticketing agreement creates an incremental revenue stream for crosswalk.com and provides site visitors and members with a complete Christian music experience that includes streaming and on-demand audio, exclusive editorial coverage of artists and events, online sampling and purchasing of CDs and videos, the Web's leading database of Christian concert schedules and information, and now, direct access to ticketing.

''This deal really closes the loop for people who love Christian music,'' William Parker, CEO and president of DIDAX, said. ''With the hundreds of Christian events and the premier artists that JAM promotes, you can now hear the music, buy the music, and link to ticketing for live events directly from the crosswalk.com site. We don't know of anyone else on the Web offering that combination, much less directly targeted at the Christian music community.''

Crosswalk.com(TM) is currently in the midst of a separate sponsorship agreement with JAM to promote the Web site at over 300 live Christian music concerts and festivals through December 1999. Print, broadcast and event-based advertising is expected to reach a live audience of over 1.5 million concertgoers as well as generating 20-30 million gross media impressions for crosswalk.com prior to the events.

''Christians -- and especially Christian music lovers -- are one of the largest affinity groups on the Internet,'' Michael Scanland, president of JAM Productions Ltd., said. ''Online sales and entertainment are key to our future with this audience, and we believe that crosswalk.com is the number one site on the Web for reaching them.''

Crosswalk.com(TM) , the ''1998 Christian Web Site of the Year'' according to Best of the Christian Web, is the premier online Christian community portal covering the spectrum of life within a Christian context. With a focus on ''information for Christians, not just Christian information,'' site visitors and members can tap into channels targeting music, personal finance, and careers (in beta version), lifestyle channels focusing on issues for men and women, and services ranging from free Web access filtering and a full-Web filtered search engine to online shopping, family-friendly movie reviews, games, chat, forums, local events, news, free email and more.

DIDAX INC. is primarily known as the creator of crosswalk.com(TM) (http://www.crosswalk.com). The Company generates revenues through the sale of sponsorships and advertising; the online retailing of Christian and family-friendly products manufactured or developed by others (music, books, apparel, gifts, etc.); commissions and referral fees from co-marketing relationships; memberships in affinity marketing programs (affording participants price discounts and other benefits of group purchasing power); and to a lesser extent, the continuing provision of technology services to various Christian organizations.
