As far as the S&M they have to be spending beaucoup bucks on the full and 2 page advertising spreads in the trade rags over the last 4-6 weeks. Once they have their product in front of their audience these costs will go away IMO. That and the fact small growing companies tend to have rather lopsided sales expenses during their initial growth spurts lead me to not be terrible worried of the 4 million s&m number. I did not see anything unusual in other overhead expenses. Did you?
