Scalpel is old news for "maybe" 7 years down the road first adoption. Meantime Cymer, number one, takes over the entire semi tool market with their monopoly on optical lithography, and, two, they're not gonna be standing still on their own technology either. Scalpel recently got voted into second place for next generation technology behind EUV at Sematech.
