Stan - I agree with your assessment regarding the company's failure to disclose material events in a timely manner. I have seen, however, many times where inexperienced top management freezes like a deer in the headlights because they simply don't know the appropriate course of action. After all, RSYS is a very young company, not public for all that long, and certainly not experienced in the ways of lawsuits by former employees or inquiries by the SEC. So, it's not too unreasonable to assume that the company just plain didn't know what to do and consequently didn't do anything, not realizing they were sitting on a time bomb. Trust me, Stan, I've seen it before. I'd bet that Meyers and Turner have learned a big lesson from this.
My money says the stock recovers before too long.
