Technically speaking, ACTC has millions of shares waiting on every uptick, DCHT has almost no float and appears to have been very well cleaned up over the last few weeks as evidenced by the accumulation volume, and then the runup,which surely cleaned out the weak hands. DCHT will not disappoint. ACTC will continue to hurt the unwise. Warning: This is a highly biased report and is not to be confused with objective analysis.
