Good Morning Everyone,
Sorry for the lateness for this report concerning the conference call. I
just returned home from an appointment. I am forwarding Joe Medsker's
report concerning the conference call and I will also be receiving an
extensive report from Kathy Knight-McConnell (Investor To Investor). I
will send that out as soon as I receive it. She was a participant in the
call and has followed up with some more "due diligence" since yesterday.

Yesterday's conference call came off very well. Joe talked for about 30
minutes and he was followed up with several questions. It seems 40
participants is just about the right number. I will try to set up
another call sometime in the near future. Joe reiterated that the
company is on target for a $1 billion run rate in 24 months. He has the
financing for the switches. He does not particularly like the package
but it does have a refinancing clause in it. He expects to line up a
better package after the merger with Wavetech. By the end of February
three new switches will be in place. The first one will be a co-locating
switch in New York. London will receive a new switch much bigger than
the one that is currently in place. The existing switch will be moved
to a new location, my best guess is Italy but the company would not
confirm that. The Madrid office is hiring people now. The switch going
there will be a super switch with the ability to handle an enormous
amount of minutes. As reported earlier, IXC has existing lines going to
Europe and they will use the Madrid super switch as a termination point
for all of their calls. The co-locating switch in Denmark will be
doubled in size as a result of the increased traffic. The newsletter
that I mentioned last week will be mailed this week. I doubt that all
of them will go out on the same day so some of us will probably receive
it before others. Joe confirmed the F-series convertible preferred will
be repurchased. EDGE will be back to a $1.6 million a week run rate in a
week or so. The last $50 million contract that was signed is not
included in that run rate. Sometime next quarter this division will be
closing in on $2 million a week. Joe was asked about CyberFax and he
said he could not comment because they were in current negotiations with
another company. He felt we would have good news on this division
soon. The TWC joint venture is still ramping up but the company is
increasing the number of cards being issued every month. Keep in mind
the company can not book revenue from these cards until they are
actually used not shipped.

Joe
