Actually Tom, the most cautious and understated you can get is not saying anything until it is proven. Now I understand that part of the company's motivation in releasing preliminary results was concern regarding another Johnson/Lett offensive. Now I approve of this because I have my own strongly held opinions in that direction. But that doesn't change my opinion that stating we have preliminary results that suggest that a level of success has been reached qualifies as hype. It may not buy a price gain but it does buy time. And I do not mean to suggest it is anywhere near the category of hype we have been subjected to in the past. I understand why they released this statement and accept it. But in a perfect world I would want the company not to release preliminary suggestions and would prefer to wait until it is proven.
