| INTERNATIONAL NET BROADCASTING LAUNCHES SCREEN CLIPS WORLDWIDE

 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Marina Del Rey, CA: With the multitude of movies released
each week by the Hollywood studios, it was becoming
increasingly difficult to select the weekend entertainment.
 But not any more.

International Net Broadcasting, the Internet content
provider who brought music videos to the web with
Vidnet, has just launched their newest creation, Screen
Clips (www.screenclips.com). Screen Clips functions as a
service to movie-goers around the world. Film trailers
have been culled from all of the major motion picture
studios to be broadcast over the Screen Clips website. The
opening page of Screen Clips offers a retrospective of
classic film moments, and from there the individual clips
are separated into "Coming Soon," "Now Playing," and
 "On Video."

The Screen Clips can be viewed via a VivoActive Player at
modem speeds of either 28K or 56K. Each clip is
accompanied by stills from the film as well as screen
credits, including cast, and a brief outline of the film's plot.
In addition, links will be provided on the "On Video" pages
to provide viewers with the opportunity to purchase home
 videos.

Clearly, the Internet needs content programming, and new
technology has finally made it possible for high quality
sound and visuals. INB is using this technology to entertain
Internet subscribers directly through their monitors.
