Sam,

Well at least you have averaged down to a much more reasonable level. I think that will prove to be a very good move rather than buying high and selling low. Over time this stock could well go up to $3.00 (6-12 months) or more if they keep signing up soldiers. I think though it could get to $1.50 with some positive news about cash flow, earnings, and soldier signups. For some reason the share price is going up and closed at $.78 today which is okay by me.

Regarding your comment about investing in stocks under $10, I think you have to be very careful about it. Many of these companies are very risky (including Xecom). I also have some Galaxy Food stock (not too much) and stock in a company called Total World Telecom (TWTI). Take a look at TWTI (for entertainment, read the TWTI thread under communications) to see some stock movement. These stocks are definitely my high-risk, gamble stocks. I have paper losses on them but if I hold them a while 1 or 2 might turn out pretty well.

However, I have done pretty well investing in solid companies whose stock is trading under $10. Some of the companies I have made money on recently are CREAF, CAMP, and DNKY. As long as you buy low and the company is solid (little debt, decent cash) you can make pretty good money on these stocks.

Hope Xecom keeps going up and maybe we will be able to talk about some good Xecom news!!!
