*SIGH* Upon receipt of all documents, the matter will be deemed submitted and the award will be due thirty (30) days thereafter. Does this mean that it's already been decided that an award will be, ah, awarded? What you fail to grasp is that the result of the hearing stands. Doesn't make any difference whether Sylver and Quayle were there or not. As usual, you tried to mislead and hint to the fact that a decision was rendered... Just wanted to clarify that one WASN'T...
