I would be very surprised if there is a connection between Wave and Intel. (As far as I can see) the trouble with Wave is the proprietary nature of the technology. The company would have to become the standard to succeed, which could prove to be an exceedingly difficult task in light of the heated competition for this market. Eventually, Intel will likely incorporate various security features onto the motherboard (beyond serial ID), but I don't think we will see a comprehensive e-Commerce chip from them. In addition, PKI (public key infrastructure) is fast becoming the next big movement in the security industry. If PKI and IPsec (VPNs) pave the way for the secured future, where does this leave WAVX???

(I have no opinion either way on the stock and own no shares....)
