Educational standards are rising sharply: All around the country:

- "social promotions" are being done away with;
- standardized testing is on the increase;
- the issue of "school choice" is gaining favor where
students can choose which school to attend so
"non-performing schools" will lose out

All this is causing schools to consider "what else can we do to
improve". I suggest this increasing "need" bodes well for HTSF.
