It's not libel/slander if it's true. Email the SEC and ask them about the BAT investigation. I did, they told me there wouldn't be any information released until the investigation was over. It started last Feb and since there has been no news since the Bat press release finally admitted they were being investigated..... When I talked to Ron Holland in June he told me he was in contact with the SEC everyday. Look at what happened, "highway speeds" became "40 MPH", all PR's suddenly mentioned the DIESEL engine, Bat completely stopped publishing any PR's concerning the Ford Contour or even talking about it, all Bat press releases had suddenly had the investment disclaimer at the bottom and no more finanacials were released. Look at the Y2K Superstore it had the same address and phone number as Bat until people started raising questions. Send a fax and see where it goes. Look at the terms of sale and ask yourself what Bat needs the Y2K Superstore for... to pretend that they have actually sold something. It's just like Bat Barbados and all it needs is words like "could" and "may" to make it past the SEC.
