Email the SEC and ask them about the BAT investigation.

Now, now, Don...methinks your nose is growing. I contacted the SEC, and I was told that it would comment on no inquires, nor confirm or deny that any particular company is under inquiry. (They do inquiries, not investigations).

Quite different from what you are telling people. Under your scenario, an SEC inquiry will never end, since if the SEC does not tell the world an inquiry is underway, it will not tell us that one existed and is now ended.

So you can keep talking about your "investigation" for years...decades...it will be forever "ongoing and current" (nicely ominous phrase, BTW), as there will never be anything said by ANYBODY except you about it.

It's been a year now since that news was curiously leaked to the press, Don....(yeah, how did that happen, anyway?) Don't you think the SEC would have swooped by now if there was something really wrong? It's time for you to give this line up.

Rick
