All, This was sent to me on NASDAQ listing requirements. I don't believe these tiers apply to a company merging into a company already listed on the NASDAQ. nasdaq.com The below are the listing requirements for the AMEX. nasdaq.com I find this AMEX information annoyingly interesting as with all the good news coming from DCI it certainly appears we have been deliberately manipulated down below $3. Yesterday's call was filled with positive tidings and we open lower this morning. Because lives are being held at bay due to this foulness masquerading as "orderly" market making, I wonder if there is some sort of karmic retribution for soulless people who do such things? If so, it must involve root canals and tin foil. <G> Onward, George
