RE: If AV in managed well, it could have maybe a 5 to 6 billion or better value when they spin it off to shareholders. I believe that is about what Compaq paid for DEC NW, What a pleasure... Lets speculate that through initial write-offs and a future IPO of AV, the entire DEC purchase price is recouped. Then, all profits from DEC operations are pure bottom line! Hmmmm.... (Nice or naive?)
