Walter, If you check your extensive file of news clippings, you'll see that Lucent, in conjunction with several major record labels and artists, produced an online live concert in October using PAC. You'll also find that a major label forced a Rap artist to pull his MP3 material from the internet. I don't know how you spell approval. Does it really matter if Rio beat RIAA in a lawsuit? It's quite possible that the balance of distribution power will shift from the record industry to the individual artist, but I'm sure that has not happened yet.
