Good thing you're not my VAR

you don't know what the
hell you are talking about.

it's a complex installation
which most VAR's would have
mis-diagnosed and wasted
even more of my time.

It turned out the EPROM Bios
was not updating correctly,
so it reported one thing to
the Hardware Diagnostic, and
another thing to the Backup
Software.

It took hours on the phone to
convince CPQ to condemn the drive
just to recover the hardware
replacement cost, let alone
the consulting time.
