The Preferred are a real problem since without knowing the small print they may be convertible into millions of shares. They represent at least 16 million dollars invested and I would guess there is a covenant allowing conversion (about 40 million shares at mkt prices)
which could toatlly wipe out any real shareholder value.
Of course at 2 bucks a share it would only be 8 million shares.

ANyway I was alerted from the yahoo board to the www.plaintee.com
web page. No products are listed but there is a new stratgey called
HQ Networks. Probably another empty box but hopefully there's something real behind it.
