Sector, Wonderfully simple explanation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now if only I could get those shares back. I'm really batting 1000 (ha,ha) today. Got a little too anxious and put in a stop loss on all my UNPH at 77 1/8 and of course the MM's dipped down and took it at 77 before it continued to run all the way to 83. Oh well, it's just money, right signist? By the way, John, I have a story of how a relative in-law of my wife's lost a fortune which one of these days I'll put in writing and PM to you and anyone else who might want to know about someone whose pain will make yours seem mild.(How's that for a run-on sentence. My wife, the English teacher, would have a cow if she saw it.) I don't think it would be appropriate to post it since you never know where it might end up and I wouldn't want to cause him anymore pain. Cheers, Bob
