Larry,

The nature of phase 1, 2 or 3 trials in the drug industry are clearly defined. When a company reports to an investor the results of a phase 1 trial they know what level of testing that implies. You can't say the same about a release that uses wording to the effect that the testing has given the suggestion of success. You don't have the same ability to put it in context.
