Wow having quit AOL mid December in disgust I can say that I could never log on. They not only were always busy, but when I called for help on one of their help lines the first message would be something like "there will be a 55 minute wait." Stay on the line waiting for an hour????? They are a lot of fun when you can get on, its an interesting service. The final touch for me, after I quit, I got a $200 phone bill because without my knowledge they had switched me to a phone number hundreds of miles away when the one near me was busy. Had to pay it! freeus
