Sir: Are you insinuating that the S. E. C. has been sitting back with evidence of a scam in their possession for the better part of a year and has not made it known to unwitting investors? It has come to my attention that numerous investors have made direct inquiry and have not been so notified. This includes my own efforts at uncovering this scam. While the Commission sits with this evidence and hundreds/thousands loose millions a grave injustice is being perpetrated on innocent investors by a segment of the U.S Government.

Please produce the evidence that you possess and thusly free yourself of being a party to this charade. In the long run it will be of immense benefit to yourself.
