well.....the market is not impressed with the financing. It appears the only thing that will move this stock now is results.....results...results. An improvement to the balance sheet is what will move the stock. Uncertainty still casts a cloud over this company. So what else is new? Now we wait for spring to continue work in Kazahkstan. So we wait....again. Good luck. dh
