Nestegg, Check out the my first response in this thread. I don't know how to find the SI message number. If it is not clear enough, then I will submit another explanation. I disagree with Chester. The only way to learn is do it a few times until you feel comfortable. Here's a few of my current shorts for you to look at. CARN - will post another loss in upcoming quarter. QGENF - grossly overvalued, but Germany's biotech darling. BVF - Tough one and a complex story. I am not alone in this one, it is one of the most popular shorts. GENXY - I just don't see any real business plan here. VIRS - Do not have anything beyond Phase I/II. It will be several years before Phase III trials. Good luck. Kafka666
