TETRA METALS LTD. ("TTL") [formerly Porcher Island Gold Corporation ("PIG")] - Name
Change and Consolidation Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders September 30,
1998, the Company has consolidated its capital on a 5 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently
increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has also been changed from Porcher
Island Gold Corporation to Tetra Metals Ltd. Effective at the opening January 8, 1999, the
common shares of Tetra Metals Ltd. will commence trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and
the common shares of Porcher Island Gold Corporation will be delisted. The Company is classified
as a 'Venture' company. Post - Consolidation Capitalization:
