Marketmaven et al,

Just spent 15 minutes at tidalwavepc.com and found NOTHING about a low price guarantee though the quote/order page was labeled "30 Day Low Price Guarantee" by my browser yet contained not one word about a low price guarantee.

Also, NO prices were quoted. You have to fill out a form describing the system and then submit it. They will only consider doing custom configuration on "large orders".

This minimal DD has told me to hang onto my Dell (computer and stock). Unless you are looking for a short term trade you will be much happier long term if you just buy Dell (computer or stock). I also have to wonder what happens in a year when your hard drive or modem or monitor quits. I know what happens with Dell...they fix it. Will ACPT even exist in a year?

on edit... Found this at tidalwavepc.com

>In spite of our 36-hour burn-in period prior to shipment and stringent quality assurance program,
occaissionally a computer board or component may fail. Should this occur, please comply with the
following instructions to expedite technical support and, if neccessary, the return of defective
merchandise. Monitors are covered by Tidalwave's 1-year warranty. <

Notice that >please comply with the
following instructions<

That's fine except there are NO following instructions. That is the last sentence on the page. hmmm
