*Off Topic* Actually it's rather interesting: they've been carrying this property on their books at a valuation of $27 million. The other day they announced they planned to sell it through a real estate agent in Florida (the land's in Brazil, of course) for $96 million. The threadsters are applauding the firm's "conservative accounting practices".
