Re phase 1,2 or 3 trials, they have a specific legal meaning and can be evaluated in that context. What specific legal meaning does the suggestion of success have?

And not all speculative mining companies release this type of info. Several months ago I posted some specific releases from Taseko Mines (TKOCF) with their reports. They announced they were doing their tests and made no further announcements until the testing was completed. This took over a year. They then announced an extensive report with hundreds of tests and the mine feasibility all at the same time. This is standard practice for junior mines. It is only the desert dirts that release all this preliminary yadda yadda yadda.

As far as what everyone on this thread does, that is a cheap shot. I have posted here on numerous times that they should use the same reporting procedures as mainstream mining companies and release no statements until they have done extensive testing. Today is not the first time I have ever said this.
