Dump it. I am the President of an ISP that is currently down due to non-functioning Micronics equipment. While it is under warranty, and while we have been repeatedly promised expedited replacements, we have received nothing. Currently we are losing our customer base solely due to this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
