I first must admit and I chickened out and took 3.5 point gain on NAVR
in the morning on the hope that there will be a foolish sell-off so I can start over again---Paulsen said,he can NOT say EXCEPT that the previous time-table is most likely in place(2/7)--but IF there is a delay OR a speed-up there will be a press release to tat effect--but that is all he can say,due to SEC possibly ruling a 60 day cooling off period for
breaking the silent period rule--etc. Max
