Michael - how do you define an "RTEC Insider" ?

You wrote in your last e-mail, that:

=> I read on the Zacks page that 83% of the stock is owned by => insiders and 6% by institutions.

This is what I have got here from BusinessWire, Yahoo etc.:
===========================================================

ROSS Technology, incorporated in 1988, is a majority-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited. A minority position in ROSS is
held by Sun Microsystems, Inc. As of September 30, 1996, the Company's outstanding Common Stock was held 60 percent by Fujitsu, 5 percent by Sun, and 35 percent by employees and the public.

I cannot remember, where I have seen the 17.5 % RTEC Employee holding,
but I will find out again. I think, I have seen the 17.5 % figure on
ResearchMag or similar.
I never have seen any comments on "Institutional Investors".
(In fact, the Brokerage "SMITH BARNEY" even told me, that there
is nobody specialized nor following RTEC from their 100's of
SB analysts - which I found a bit "amazing". In the negative sense,
of course.)

Well regarding your 83% Insider figure from ZACKS:

60% (Fujitsu) + 5% (SUNW) + 17.5% (RTEC Employees) = 82.5% in Total.

=> That seems to me being pretty close to 83% "Insiders" of ZACKS value. (But I might be wrong.)
As menioned, the 6% Institution is NEW for me.
And also looks strange, considering the fact, that 83 + 6 makes
almost 90 % of the RTEC stocks.
This would mean, that there would be only 10% out of 23.48 Mio RTEC traded. (Assuming Fujitsu, SUNW, institutions and the majority of the RTEC Employees would NOT drop the stock.)
Well who knows ? Therefore I asked in one of my previous mails about
the Current Percentage (%) figures hold by RTEC Employees, itselves.

Thanks and regards,

Stefan H.
