CYPR rallied impressively this week, on increasing volume, and thru resistance,..........it is the highest monthly close on the charts in 8 months....... it would appear that those who have been predicting 8-10 by year end, are about to receive an early and most welcome surprise................... barring any negative surprises, it appears as though CYPR has quietly broken out to the upside, with an initial target of 7-9.........SirAlexx....................
