bdog: Necessity makes for strange bedfellows. To be completely candid, I have far less problem with Jerkysson's behavior than Milkbone's complicity. Jerkysson's management, if they are doing their job, should be out to maximize value for their shareholders. Theirs is a fiduciary obligation and they have fought a good, albeit ruthless, fight...now it is time to call off the dogs of war and make love. Milkbone and his analytical minions, on the other hand, have a direct fiduciary obligation to the investors that they advise. To the extent that they have whored themselves for a banking fee, they have committed malfeasance in my judgment. Just because "everybody on the Street is doing it" DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT AND DOES NOT MAKE IN HONEST. Best regards, Gregg
