There is some desire to keep the names private so as to not have the curious annoying the labs with phone calls.

Richard, you may remember that when the check labs could not replicate Ledoux's results we started hearing that they didn't want to mention names because they didn't want curious people annoying the lab. Frankly that struck me as a very convenient answer. The labs deal with the public all the time. Also investors have a right to no who is certifying the results. So if they announce they have 135 certified tests, I believe that was the number, then they should in my opinion say who is providing the certification. Otherwise the term certification is meaningless.
