I have seen this movie before. Today SHWD came on the bid at 4 9/32 and then for about 1 hour approx 120K shares in relatively small trades crossed at 4 9/32 while they were the only one on the bid. Guess what, about 1 hour later there is a print at 4 5/16 for 100K shares. This is the same type of action I saw at the 3 1/8 to 3 1/2 level for about 3 weeks and we all know what happened next.
