I understand where the difference is coming from. I tried to make it clear early on I was implying nothing nefarious by Naxos. Just my long held believe on how reporting should be done.

I also understand Larry's point and agree I that I was using precise business terms. But we are talking business here and precision is required. It is imprecise language that cost us all dearly in the past. Also Merck has a much different level of credibility. Unfair perhaps, I would argue it is not unfair, but reality and Naxos must deal with that.
