SAN CARLOS, Calif., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- ImaginOn, Inc., (Nasdaq: IMON)has noted the recent rapid increase in the price of its common stock and the substantial increase in trading volume. The Company is unaware of any reasons for such increases. Further, the Company is aware of certain rumors in a Dow Jones news release that concerns a possible transaction with America Online, and denies the accuracy of such rumors and reports.
