Pluvia, Good work. There are a million stock scams out there these days...the SEC seems to only take out one and five more pop up out of the woodwork. The best way I have found to uncover them is to look at their financial filings. For some reason, scam artists leave all kinds of tell-tale signs in their financials... -John
