Wow---spent part of the weekend reading latest report and proxy dope. Can't remember reading anything that had more warnings of impending doom. Discontinued products--projects--reduced internal capacity etc. Well it worked--people evidently sense a thorough housecleaning is good for the company. The best obstacle to an unwanted takeover is probably a higher stock price. The market is full of surprises. I'm glad, I don't pay too much mind to the experts. I just get good vibes from KLIC.
