Bid.Com Forms Strategic Alliance With 24/7 Media, Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Bid.Com International Inc., one of North
America's leading online auctions, today announced that it has reached an
agreement with 24/7 Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: TFSM), a global online
advertising and direct marketing company, under which 24/7 will sell
advertising on Bid.Com's website.
