Buying Opportunity ???

Who would buy this ? They really need to sell there chips over the internet to make it exciting.

Seriously, I don't understand why there aren't more buyers. They have an excellent track record of earnings that are growing at a high rate (I think I figured 20 %, but that's from the top of my head).

I can only assume that there is some nervousness around China. I think managment should give some thought to handing out dividends soon anyway for the long term investor, say 2.5 cents per quarter.

This is the way I see things after having been in pulp and paper. Skeena Cellulose - dead mill. Harmac Pacific - dead mill. Gold River - already dead mill. Other BC Coastal Mills - dead. The Chinese paper mills (as well as Japan) have relied on the coast mills for pulp. Some Canadian kraft pulp (NBSK) will be required, but most of the pulp in Asia will start to be made in Asia. Sino-Pacific is perfectly situated to run with these opportunities.
