That system is not for VOD as it states in the text, this is for their bread and butter digital insertion and broadcast video business, which is and has matured. In addition, Skyconnect has come along as a competitor and sucessfully broke into their market with agressive pricing. This seems like SEAC's answer along with a desire to expand their market beyond the saturated top MSO's. Sun cut server prices on one of thier lines by 35%, but I must tell you that this doesn't have anything to do with VOD either. Thanks for the post though.
