Freeus:Well one way might be to take a gamble and buy some CPQ and if they spin all or some of the Alta Vista stock to the shareholders then that should work,but we don't know the details (at least I don't know) as EK didn't not elaborate how the deal will be structured,information is rather sketchy at this point I think.
