Greg/All I do have a couple of questions regarding AMD and Nexgen?

* My understanding is that AMD had a design team working on the K5 design before the Nexgen purchase.

* The K5 design was then completed shortly after that, I believe this was the AMD design. The K6 at this point in time was strictly a Nexgen design.

My questions are:

1. Is the original AMD design team together or were some of them the people that were layed off.

2. If the original AMD design team is still together are there now two seperate design teams working in two different geographic locations? If there are two seperate teams would this tend to cause a rivalry resulting in keeping helpful information from each other?

3. Finally, is one of the teams now working on the K7?
