I heard a comment on #daytraders on IRC that there is a required quiet period after an IPO filing, but they didn't know about one before. They were indicating that the CEO may have tipped his hat to that fact that they had already filed - possibly today just prior to the CC. How long would it take the filing to show up on Edgar? Seems if they had filed, he would have said something or issued a press release instead of letting it leak out when someone read the news on Edgar. Can anyone out there confirm or refute this information? TIA, Dave
