And again I must ask why we Canadians stand for this type of incompetence and bad service. In the states they would never stand for this. Of course they have more than enough competition that would love to have your account. In Canada no one cares if they lose you as a customer because where are you going to go? The bad service extends to almost every retail business not just the brokerages. Whether you are buying pants or IBM, the lack of respect and contempt shown customers always amazes me. Anyways that's my rant (again) for today. Actually I was thinking of checking out Swiftrade not to open an account but rather to open a franchise in Western Canada. Anyone interested? They mention the franchising opportunities on their webpage. Essam.
