I wonder why the brand names of disc drives are seldom mentioned in desktop PC ads. Is it too late to advertise Seagate inside? How about Seagate Stadium. Mastermind over on Yahoo is pretty negative on the price of SEG from here. He thinks it's way overvalued. But when I see Sandisk, Veritas and Dragon Software moving up I can't help but feel we're part of it. Why doesn't Luzco take all that cash and put it in a good tech fund anyway? Maybe he has. Does EMC use SEG drives. Whose drives do Compaq, Dell, Gateway and HP use?
