Cussy, you bring up a good point. This latest information is an endorsement of Dr. Bean, as well as, an excellent prospective initiative. This may/may not be enough of a reason for SYD price to take off overnight but, at the very least, it is definitely a reason to hold and accumulate.

With respect to the duration of the procurement initiative, we would not be too concerned. The fact of the matter is that SAIC is behind it (how else can we connect US Fed Gov't to Dr. Bean)and we know their track record when it comes to US Gov't initiatives. It also helps when you consider that Internet procurement beats the archaic system hands down.

Conclusion? An Internet based procurement system is inevitable and Dr. Bean is in from the beginning. It would have to take some kind of a disaster for Dr. Bean not to be there at the finish. Given that SAIC has now stepped-up and spent time and money on the SYD E-Commerce lab in Washington, disaster is unlikely.

Once again, these are our personal conclusions.
